In the spirit of the season, Piccione Pastry is giving back: the late-night Italian bakery in the Delmar Loop is continuing its Pastries With a Purpose program to benefit six more local charities this December.

The Four Seasons Winery, located within the Four Seasons Country Club in Chesterfield, will be celebrating FRANK SINATRA’s birthday with a special five-course dinner on Thursday, Dec. 12. Entertainment will be provided by local favorite TONY VIVIANO and his band. Admission to dinner, dancing and the tribute show is $35 person (includes tax and gratuity), and a cash bar will be available. The evening will also give diners an opportunity to preview the planned full-scale launch of Four Seasons as a wine and fine-dining venue. As we begin to experience the caress of winter’s chill, I think back to a perfect spring day when a group of LN staffers joined Food Outreach’s ‘cook and pack’ volunteers. Our experience was nothing short of uplifting: We knew that the time spent packaging baked chicken, roasted pork, shrimp and grits, and fruit salad would mean a nutritious meal for someone who needs it.
