Dr. George Duello grew up in St. Charles, where his grandfather, Dr. George Gross, was a dentist for 30 years. Following in his footsteps, Dr. Duello graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry in 1979, where he also received his master’s degree in oral biology and certificate in periodontology in 1981. After serving as Chief of Periodontics for two years for the U.S. Air Force at McDill Air Force Base in Tampa, Fla., Dr. Duello returned to St. Louis, where he has been in private practice for 25 years.
