We asked for submissions of moms with doppelganger daughters and spitting-image sons, and LN readers did not disappoint. After careful consideration--and a little help from your Facebook votes--we've selected St. Louis' best Mother's Day Look-Alikes. Coming in at first place is Kirk Day School fourth-grade teacher and mother of three, Lisa Engel, and her 8-year-old daughter, Reagan Engel, of Webster Groves. For winning, Lisa will receive a full-service package at Dominic Michael Salon, including a haircut, blow dry, manicure, pedicure and makeup application. Below, we have included some of our other favorite look-alikes, with many so similar it will leave you wondering 'Which is which?'

Unless you’re pushing 100 years old, you probably don’t remember the first wave of electric cars that rolled along America’s roads in the early 1900s. Fast-forward, and what’s old is new again, as a number of automakers are building cars that run on electricity alone.

Here’s an interesting thought: Let’s take every ‘80s teen-angst film ever made, cast look-alikes for ‘80s icons and shove it into a Love Actually multi-storyline format, and do it really, really badly. I mean really badly. Include lines of dialogue like, Justin may have bailed on me but I am not bailing on prom. I don’t really want to waste your—or my—time with this, but I feel an obligation to warn you.
I really like the ‘back to the future’ trend in automotive styling that takes iconic models from yesteryear and freshens them to be relevant and cool in modern times. Such is the case with the new Dodge Challenger. Upon viewing it, my mind immediately went back to the ‘70s when my cousin had a lime green Challenger that was one of the coolest things on four wheels. Fast forward to today: Dodge has resurrected the Challenger name to create a modern car with the iconic styling of the original. When you put the old and new cars together, they really do look alike. Dodge’s Challenger is probably the truest to the original of any of the ‘retro’ cars. Thankfully so, because the original’s long hood, short deck design was the classic muscle car design.

Barron, who started performing at 5 years old, is the International Brother hood of Magicians’ World Championship Winner, and has appeared on national and international television. Proud parents are BILL and DEBRA WILLIAMS, founders and co-owners of Lindstrom & McKenney.
