Michael and Kimberly Livingston of Webster Groves are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Shelby Langford Livingston, to James Michael Arsenault, son of Robert Arsenault and Lisa Hughes of Weldon Springs and Cinthia Arsenault of St. Charles.
The bride-to-be graduated from St. Joseph’s Academy in 2004, Saint Louis University with a bachelor’s in social work in 2009 and Washington University with a master’s in social work in 2011. She works as a social work care coordinator in behavioral health for Mercy St. Louis. Shelby is the granddaughter of Jacquelyn Hinkamp of St. Louis, Barbara Livingston and the late Harold Livingston Jr. of Overland Park, Kan.
The future groom graduated from Francis Howell North in 2002 and Washington University with a bachelor’s in psychology in 2006. Currently, he works as an associate sales manager at Louisiana Steel. James is the grandson of Maria and Lawrence Schulte of St. Peters, Joan Arsenault and the late Joseph Arsenault of St. Louis.
The couple met through a mutual friend and became engaged in February 2010. A spring wedding is planned at Saint Francis Xavier College Church followed by a reception at Algonquin Golf Club. Following a honeymoon to Puerto Rico, they will reside in Clayton.
