Dave and Donna Godfrey of Labadie are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Danielle Elizabeth, to Arash Amini, son of Mack and Rajenna Amini of Tulsa.

The bride-to-be graduated from Kirkwood High School in 2000 and from Webster University with B.A. degrees in dance and business and an MBA. Dana is owner of The Academy of Dance, and her parents own Hunters Hollow Bed & Breakfast.

The future groom earned a B.S. in accounting and a J.D. from Oklahoma State University, as well as an MBA from the University of Tulsa. He is the CEO of Amini’s Home, Rugs & Game Room.

Dana’s uncle, Don Ruzicka, introduced the couple by giving Arash her phone number. After a few phone conversations, the two decided to meet at a restaurant—where it was love at first sight. While on a trip to Napa Valley, Arash got down on one knee at Tamber Bey Winery as Dana sat on a wooden swing that overlooked the Napa River. A February wedding is planned in Seagrove Park in San Diego, with a reception at L’Auberge Del Mar. Following a honeymoon traveling Europe, the couple will reside in Chesterfield.
