It was a hockey lover's delight as the St. Louis Area Foodbank held their Blues and Bites event at their Bridgeton warehouse. The event featured a silent auction, a game room, photo booth, drinks and food from 15 vendors accompanied by music from the Charles Glenn Group. Emcee and voice of the Blues John Kelly interviewed several of the many current and former Blues players who were there, happy to sign autographs and take pictures. The St. Louis area Foodbank provides services to over 392 thousand individuals every year. This year that’s over 42 million pounds of food to over 500 food pantries, soup kitchens, shelters, and other programs in 26 counties. Even Blues mascot Louis was there to greet and interact with guests and fans.
