It was a great Sunday evening to spend with music and guests of Pianos for People’s 6th Annual Evening of 100 Fingers really made the evening complete at the Ferring Jazz Bistro in Grand Center. Performers and guests filled the Bistro up as multiple performers played a wide variety of music and songs. A handful of student performers even played. More than 230 free pianos have been provided to people, nonprofits and underfunded schools and families since PFP was founded in 2012, serving more than 7,000 people. PFP does this in four ways: through inspiration such as free pianos, through education with free lessons and workshops, through the community, reached through free special events such as slams, recitals and more, and through entertainment, such as free summer music camps.
