Celebrating its eighth year, The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society recently held its "Hunt for a Cure" Spring Egg Hunt. In participating in this great event, egg hunters and their families were helping find a cure for leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma and improving the quality of life of patents and their families.

The LLS bunny arrived by horse drawn carriage to hundreds of waiting children and their families. Children hunted for more than 80,000 eggs. Other activities included appearances from favorite nursery rhyme characters, face painting, health booths, radio stations, a petting zoo and pony rides.
