On February 3, 2018, Doorways hosted their annual Red gala, the organization’s largest annual fundraising event. This year’s theme, “InspiRED – 30 Years of Providing Hope,” celebrated the 30th anniversary of Doorways with an elegant, inspiring evening honoring the organization’s impact and plans for future expansion.

More than 500 people attend the stylish gala filled with one-of-a-kind auction items, lavish food and drink, and the opportunity for guests to mix and mingle. An after party featured the musical stylings of the renowned D.J. Reggie. Net proceeds from the evening benefit Doorways and its mission to provide housing, health and hope for individuals affected by HIV/AIDS. Doorways is an interfaith non-profit organization providing housing and related supportive services to improve quality of life and health outcomes for people affected by HIV/AIDS, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. “InspiRED 2018” will focus on the key areas of Doorway’s organizational mission: Doorways provides housing and supportive services to improve the health outcomes and quality of life for men, women and children affected by HIV/AIDS. Each month Doorways serves more than 750 individuals, of whom live at or below the federal poverty level.
