Criminal Justice Ministry of St. Louis (CJM) held its inaugural Recognition Dinner on June 1 in the Lafayette Room at Moulin, 2017 Chouteau Avenue. Archbishop Robert J. Carlson, Nestle Purina, and Retired Missouri Board of Probation and Parole, Dept. of Corrections, Nancy McCarthy were honored for longtime support of CJM and its mission. The sold-out event featured dinner and cocktails, client testimonials and a fund-a-need program.
Since 1979, CJM has served individuals, families and communities impacted by the criminal justice system, offering services to incarcerated individuals and providing reentry programs for those returning to the St. Louis area after incarceration. Last fiscal year, CJM impacted over 23,000 individuals both inside area prisons/jails and throughout the St. Louis community.
