When…St. Louis Learning Disabilities Association held its first annual Monte Carlo Gala? Guests enjoyed fine dining, dancing and gaming at Palladium-St. Louis. The organization provides services annually to more than 29,500 children struggling with a learning disability, their families and teachers.
