TOM VOSS has been appointed to Grand Center’s board of directors. Voss is retiring from his position as executive chairman at Ameren Corporation on July 1.

Jewish Family & Children’s Services has inducted several new members to its board: FRED STEINBACH was elected president for a second, non-consecutive term; MICHAEL SILVER was elected treasurer; LIZ LINKON was elected secretary; MEGAN WILSON, DON EISENBERG, JILL BELSKY and RICK ROVAK were elected as VPs; EMILY WALLIS, JANE WEISS, RABBI HERSHEY NOVACK, JIM LEVEY and JOSH YUDKIN also were installed on the board.

Mayor Francis Slay appointed KELLIE TRIVERS to the Regional Arts Commission. Trivers has almost 30 years of experience in education advancement, health care and the arts.

JERRY JASIEK and JASON BRAIDWOOD have joined Pedal the Cause’s board of directors. Jasiek is the CFO at Grey Eagle Distributors. Braidwood is the managing director at The Koman Group.

The Missouri Athletic Club has elected REBEKAH BAHN, E. TRACY BECKETTE, R. DUFFY DUNN, TROY ROBERTSON and M.R. ‘TRIPP’ ZUMWALT to its board of governors. They all will serve three-year terms.

The Kirkwood School District board of education has announced JULIE BACKER, E.J. MILLER and JANNA JACOBS as board members. They will serve through April 2017. Miller was elected to serve as president.

COLIN MEADOWS, KATIE RAPP and GRETCHEN SCHISLA have joined the Cancer Support Community of Greater St. Louis’ board of directors. The nonprofit offers support groups, workshops and nutrition and exercise programs free of charge to those affected by cancer.

The Independent Schools of St. Louis has announced JAMIE DRIVER as executive director, beginning July 1. She previously served as the director of education at Opera Theatre of St. Louis and managing director of Opera America.

NANCY GEORGEN, DENNIS GIPSON, DOUGLAS KOCH, MICHAEL McMILLAN and CHIP WALKER have been appointed to Fontbonne University’s board of trustees.

REBECCA FELDMANN, a staff attorney at Legal Services of Eastern Missouri, has been named chair of the American Immigration Lawyers Association’s Missouri-Kansas chapter.

The National Council of Jewish Women-St. Louis Section has installed DARIEN ARNSTEIN as president. Her leadership team will include ERIN SCHREIBER, BETTY KAGAN, JANE RUBIN, CYNTHIA ALBIN, GAIL EISENKRAMER, ANDREA NEWSTEAD, SUSAN KATZMAN, JILL GUBIN, LORI GOLDBERG, BONNIE SOLOMON, MARLENE HAMMERMAN and JENNIFER BERNSTEIN.

The Chesterfield Day School board of trustees is pleased to announce ANDRE FERREIRA, AMY RUSH and DR. SHEPHALI WULFF as its new members of the board of trustees for the 2014-2015 school year.

Armstrong Teasdale communications editor GAIL APPLESON has been elected to the Jewish Community Relations Council board. She previously served as a site captain for the organization’s annual Jewish-Muslim Day of Service.

JOVITA FOSTER, a partner in Armstrong Teasdale’s litigation practice group, has been named general counsel for the Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis. She also serves on the organization’s executive committee.

The Friends of Saint Louis University Liver Center has welcomed MICHAEL HIGGINS as the board of directors’ newest member. Higgins serves as the executive director of development for the SLU Medical Center.

ALEX BERGER III and the REV. RALPH SIEFERT have joined The Wilson School board of trustees. Berger is serving his fourth term as Ward III alderman for the City of Clayton. Siefert serves as president and CEO of Chaminade College Preparatory School.
