St. Louis County Executive Charlie Dooley has announced ANNE TOLAN will serve on the Productive Living Board for St. Louis County Citizens with Developmental Disabilities. The board oversees and administers a special county property tax.

In the St. Louis Community College Board of Trustees election, voters reelected incumbent LIBBY FITZGERALD. THEODIS BROWN SR. also won a seat on the board.
