A Closer Look at Huntleigh

•  Sales volume is higher in Huntleigh than it was in 2008.

•  Of the last nine homes to sell, six went for more than $1 million.

•  Of those, two sold in Huntleigh Woods for more than  $2 million, and a home on Squires Lane sold for more than $4 million.

•  There have been no foreclosures in Huntleigh in 2009.

•  Currently the most expensive house on the market in this area is 35 Squires Lane, listed for $6,350,000. If it sells, it will be the most expensive home ever sold in Huntleigh.

•  There are nine properties currently on the market in Huntleigh, six homes and three lots. Two three-acre lots are listed in Squires Lane for $975,000, and one five-plus acre lot on Bridle Ridge Lane is listed for $1,650,000.

•  Huntleigh joins Clayton, Frontenac and Ladue as an area in which the 10 most expensive home sales topped $2 million.
