Everyone knows the hardest job on the planet is being a mom. Throw a full-time job on top of that, and women these days are busy! Here, we spotlight three fabulous working moms who balance high-profile jobs and motherhood with ease, style and a great dose of humor! --Katie Yeadon

Meredith Boggess

Public Relations Manager, Moneta Group

Mom to Elise (3) and Ben (10 months)

Often, being a 'working mom' feels like the best of both worlds--I spend quality time with my family, watching my amazing kids and enjoying the world through their eyes. I have a job that I love, that is challenging in all the best ways and that allows me to grow professionally and invest in my family's future. The hardest thing about being a working mom is feeling that with so much to do, something always has to give. But I think all parents feel divided in that way at times--whether they work outside the home or not. Thank goodness for a supportive husband, our parents, our sibblings, my friends, my coworkers and the women who care for my kids while I'm at work--it takes a village to be a working mom!

Megan Beckemeier

Group Director, Consumer Connections, Anheuser-Busch

Mom to Charlie (3) Henry (2) and baby No. 3 (due in October)

Some of the best parts about being a working mom are the feeling I get when I open the door at night and both of my boys come running to me as fast as they can, and the days where I feel a great stride in what I’m doing professionally, coupled with a true sense of balance with my family and my time spent with them. The hardest? Aside from being tired every day? Knowing I am missing some sweet little moments of curiosity and growth when I am away from them.

Jen Myers

Phillips and Company Morning Show/Music Director - Y98

Mom to Finn (3), and Nora (5 months)

Being a working mom is a constant balancing act. Lately, I can fall asleep before my head hits the pillow. But I also know how lucky I am that I love my job. Work keeps me satisfied creatively, and I hope that translates into being a better mom. I want my kids to see that they can follow their passions in jobs that they love.
