> Birthday candles: International Tap House owners BRAD LOBDELL and SEAN CONROY (who is also a KTVI reporter) are celebrating the one-year anniversary of their Chesterfield pub this week. > DAVID BAILEY recently finished renovations at Bailey’s Chocolate Bar, effectively doubling the interior space with the addition of another dining room, plus a small bar and lounge. “We were just stretching out a little bit to have enough room for everybody,” says Bailey, who is finally set to open doors at his third venture, Bridge, a multi-story wine bar and tap house downtown on Locust just down the street from his breakfast spot, Rooster.
