The Baldwin Report
Unreliable and second-hand gossip from around the world*
The pop star and boyfriend mill was on the cover of The Hollywood Reporter last week, posing with her stylist for the magazine’s feature on the 25 best stylists in the entertainment biz. Swifty looked stunning in a yellow gown and metallic stilettos—just lovely. Don’t hold your breath for the issue on the 25 best parents and/or life coaches, however.
Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore
The wildly successful rom-com stars of The Wedding Singer and 50 First Dates are reuniting in hopes of a trifecta. This time, the pair will star as divorced singles who go on a disastrous first date, only to later find themselves stranded together at a resort with their kids. Think what you want, but I saw Jack & Jill—Sandler’s got nowhere to go but up.
Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth
The fading pop star and the Australian hunk have apparently called it quits. After months of speculation, the official announcement came last week. Wow, a misguided child star who is surely soon to be the subject of an E! True Hollywood Story and a handsome and talented actor on the verge of becoming an A-list movie star breaking off their engagement…I never would have seen that coming.
The group has some good news for a change: The cast is reuniting this week for what MTV is dubbing as “an alternative spring break.” Rather than drinking, fighting and having unprotected sex, cast members are going to work with college volunteers to help rebuild devastated communities along the New Jersey Shore. I mean, to be fair, the cast did most of the damage so it may be court-ordered…
*so don’t quote me.
