On Sunday, September 14th from 10 am to 2 pm, Town & Country Veterinary Hospital, located at 1016 Town & Country Crossing Drive, in partnership with Three Dog Bakery, will be hosting its first official Pet Pawty.  St. Louis pet owners and their furry friends (on a leash please) are invited to enjoy the festivities, tour the veterinary hospital and learn more about the basics of pet care. Pet owners can learn about the many veterinary services offered at Town & Country Veterinary Hospital, as well as enjoy games, raffle prizes, live music, pet adoptions and free food and beverages.  The first 100 people to attend will also receive a complimentary goodie bag. The Pet Pawty will offer fun for the whole family, and includes live animal demonstrations from the World Bird Sanctuary, the Purina Frisbee dogs, Reptiles R Us, agility demonstrations provided by No Leash Needed and a special appearance by Ruthie the potbellied pig.  We have over 50 raffle prizes that will be given out during the event.  You will have the opportunity to earn your free raffle tickets while playing our fun and educational games for adults and children. There will also be complimentary chiropractic adjustments for your pet, face painting, fire trucks, and grooming demonstrations.  Refreshments including hotdogs, chips and guacamole, sandwiches, desserts and refreshing drinks to beat the heat will be available.  Finally, the Pet Pawty will offer a behind-the-scenes look at how the veterinary hospital operates. Pet owners will be able to get a first-hand glimpse at the high-tech equipment used for surgery, dental procedures and x-rays.  "Our Pet Pawty is an important event for our veterinary hospital because it gives us the chance to get to know local pet owners, let them tour our facility, and have some fun” says Dr. Stacey Wallach owner of Town & Country Veterinary Hospital.  Town & Country Veterinary Hospital offers everything from routine veterinary care services, including spay and neuter, vaccinations and annual check-ups to the more complicated emergency care, surgery, and dental care.
