By modifying traditional Yoga positions to be done while seated in a chair, Yoga becomes accessible to nearly everyone. If you have trouble standing for a long period of time, or if you struggle with getting up and down, this class brings Yoga to you. You will learn twists, hip stretches, forward bends and mild forms of back stretching. Improve your muscle tone, breathing habits, sleep, stress level and gain a heightened sense of wellbeing with Chair Yoga.
