BEGIN:VCALENDAR VERSION:2.0 PRODID:-// Calendar//EN METHOD:PUBLISH BEGIN:VEVENT UID:tncms-event_7336da0e-7f2c-11e3-822c-101f742c6b0c__schedule_52d8abc7e8416733594380 CLASS:PUBLIC SUMMARY:A Choral Celebration of Saint Louis - event DTSTAMP:20170523T105922Z DTSTART:20140216T210000Z DTEND:20140217T055959Z LOCATION:Touhill Performing Arts Center 1 University Blvd Saint Louis MO 63121 PRIORITY:0 DESCRIPTION:Seven of the region’s finest choirs will present a diverse choral music concert reflecting St. Louis’ rich heritage in the performing arts on Sunday, February 16th at 3:00pm (doors open at 2:30pm).  In honor of the 250th anniversary of the city of Saint Louis, this benefit concert will be offered free to the public, with donations benefitting the Assistance League of St. Louis.  The University of Missouri St. Louis generously donated the use of the Touhill Performing Arts Center for this event and Jim Connett from the Radio Arts Foundation will be the host.  \n  \nUnder the umbrella of St. Louis Sings and the Bach Society of Saint Louis, the program will feature:  the Bach Society of Saint Louis Chorus, Saint Louis Chamber Chorus, Ambassadors of Harmony, St. Louis Symphony IN UNISON Chorus, the Archdiocesan Chorus, St. Louis Children’s Choirs, and the UMSL University Singers.  \n                                                                  \nSt. Louis Sings is a community outreach program of the Bach Society of Saint Louis.  For more than a decade, it has compiled and published an annual calendar of over 120 concerts by nearly 40 local choruses, serving to promote all choral music in our region.  For special occasions, selected choruses are gathered to perform together in an event to raise community awareness and support worthy causes.  \nA Choral Celebration of Saint Louis is free and open to the public.  More information about the concert can be found on: and END:VEVENT END:VCALENDAR
