Cucumber- Apple Gazpacho w/ chile and yogurt

Prosciutto wrapped cod loin w/ minted pea puree, carrot-ginger infused oil

Apricot glazed pork tenderloin w/ berber spiced white chocolate, grilled Yukon potatoes, wilted bitter greens
