The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis has announced a Spring Coffee Dinner to take place on Saturday, May 17 and to feature the delicious flavors and aromas of coffee. Created by the culinary team of The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis and led by award-winning Executive Chef Melissa Lee, the event will feature Kaldi’s Coffees in all menu courses, a special appearance by Frank McGinty of Kaldi’s, paired coffee cocktails and Urban Chestnut Beers to be presented with the meal. Priced at $150 per guest exclusive of tax and gratuity, The Ritz-Carlton Spring Coffee Dinner will begin at 6:00 p.m. on May 17 and is the first in an ongoing new series of seasonal dining events to be presented by the hotel. A portion of the evening’s proceeds will be donated to Ronald McDonald House.
