On Christmas Eve, the luxury hotel in Clayton is serving an extraordinary four-course Christmas-themed dinner in The Grill. Created by Melissa Lee, The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis’ acclaimed Executive Chef, the evening includes choice of appetizer, soup or salad, entrée selection and dessert.
