Members of the Marfan syndrome and related disorders community in the St. Louis area join together on Sunday, October 5, for the city’s first Walk for Victory to benefit The Marfan Foundation.
The one-mile walk takes place at Queeny Park (550 Weidman Road, St. Louis). It is part of a nationwide program to help raise awareness of Marfan syndrome and related disorders and raise funds for programs and services that create a brighter future for the many thousands of individuals and families living with these conditions. The Walk for Victory was already held this year in Phoenix, Dallas, Boston, and Long Island, NY.
Registration requires a donation of any amount, which covers the entry fee into the walk, all snacks, games, and activities. Every walker who raises at least $100 receives an exclusive Walk for Victory t-shirt. Prizes will also be awarded for top fundraisers
