Expect the unexpected during Reset at the Pulitzer. Taking place during short periods between exhibitions, this unconventional series of programs opens the building for new encounters. Reset offers a broad spectrum of immersive and participatory experiences, providing new ways to engage with visual art, music, dance, film and performance in the Pulitzer gallery space.

For the first iteration of Reset, artist David Scanavino transforms the main gallery with a site-specific floor sculpture Candy Crush. Scanavino considers his installations social spaces and invites visitors to move freely on the piece and subsume oneself in its colorful, geometric design.

Celebrate the opening of Reset and Candy Crush with an artist conversation and live music. Scanavino will discuss his floor sculpture and artistic practice in general. After, spend the evening experiencing Candy Crush with musical performances by née of St. Louis and Chicago-based California Wives. Sound Waves is an ongoing collaboration between the Pulitzer and independent radio station 88.1 KDHX.
