Expect the unexpected during Reset at the Pulitzer. Taking place during short periods between exhibitions, this unconventional series of programs opens the building for new encounters. Reset offers a broad spectrum of immersive and participatory experiences, providing new ways to engage with visual art, music, dance, film and performance in the Pulitzer gallery space.

For the first iteration of Reset, artist David Scanavino transforms the main gallery with a site-specific floor sculpture Candy Crush. Scanavino considers his installations social spaces and invites visitors to move freely on the piece and subsume oneself in its colorful, geometric design.

Bamboo for Kids! inspires families to learn about and make art together. Build forts from recycled materials with Perennial, a St. Louis-based workshop that transforms discarded items into valued resources. Join Jacob Alsach, instructor from the Folk School at KDHX for a morning of singing and dancing to classic children's songs by Woody Guthrie, Pete Seeger, Leadbelly and more. Fun to be had by all ages! Snacks provided.
