Founder William Roth with Jobie and Meade Summers
Politics may have been a theme for the evening, but it was a theme in name alone as supporters gathered at The Gaslight Theater complex for the Party Politics Gala for St. Louis Actors’ Studio (STLAS). While a city Republican or two could be seen talking to STLAS founder William Roth, the event was a bi-partisan affair of cocktails, dinner and dancing.

STLAS was founded by Roth, Milton Zoth and David Wassilak to bring a fresh vision to theater in St. Louis. Housed in The Gaslight Theater, STLAS is committed to bringing engaging theatrical experiences to our community and to providing an environment that fosters learning and artistic expression.
