More than 400 guests helped Sherwood Forest Camp celebrate its 71st anniversary at the seventh annual Blue Jean Ball, ‘Denim and Dazzle,’ at the Kemp Auto Museum. Proceeds will allow underserved local children to attend camp.
Sherwood Forest Camp, led by executive director Mary Rogers, maintains a philosophy that all children have the gifts and potential to make positive and productive contributions to their community. The organization enables children from disadvantaged families and diverse backgrounds to participate together in year-round camp programs. Nardie Stein was honored for 50 years of camp service and his dedication to enriching the lives of children.
